Schedule of Classes

All classes are subject to cancellation if minimum number of participants (three) is not met, just as more classes may be added if the number of particapnts exceeds the maximum spots alloted.  All materials/supply lists are available at the shop and spots are only reserved once registration fees have been paid.  All costs associated with a class are listed below and if it is FREE it is stated.

    Give Thanks Autumn Table Runner
    9:00 A.M.
    A combination of rectangles and half square triangles using batiks and hand sprays to make a swirl of leaves to enhance your fall time decor. This is a good project using charm packs. Instructor Kathy Johnson. Cost $20.00 plus pattern. Leaf kits available.

    Diamonds In The Sky

    17" x 50" This beautiful table runner uses easy shapes  to create its intriguing optical illusion.  Perfect in the colors as shown or change the colors to fit your décor.

    Tidal Wave Bag

    15” x 15” With two appliqué options; our signature wave and a flower petal appliqué that uses the large buttons as the center of the flower.  Great pockets, adjustable straps and of course the covers are reversible and interchangeable!  Leave everything in the bag base and just change out the cover.

    Twirl & Swirl Placemat
    9:00 A.M.
    Cut 2 inch strips and go super-fast, quilting as you go. Great way to use your stash, with dark and light contrasting colors in a swirl design. Fussy cut special fabric for the center. Pattern makes a set of 4 matching placemats, approximately 14 x 20 inch.

    April
    Weave Away Scrap Swap
    9:00 A.M.
    Make a small table runner using 2 ½” strips. This is done by using either, a dark or light background and pieces from your stash. The longest strip is 6 ½”. We call it a scrap swap because this works best when all participants bring 25) pre-cut 2 ½’ by 6 ½” assorted pieces from their private stash to swap with the other participants. Keep in mind these 25 pieces are for swapping. You will also need your light or dark background material as well as more pieces from your stash to complete the quilt. ription

    3D Pinwheel Table Runner

    Prepare for your 4th of July holiday decorating. Using a 3D technique with a few folds and quick sew you will have an exciting 3 block runner.
